A: I accept Aetna, Optum, and Cigna. Sessions are $165, with sliding scale options sometimes available. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide superbills for reimbursement. A: We'll spend time getting to know you, your goals, and your comfort levelโzero judgment. Ongoing sessions are your safe space to explore what's on your mind using lots of tools like journaling, art therapy, and worksheets, tailored just for you.Q: How long will therapy take and how do I know it's working?
A: Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. We'll regularly check your progress and celebrate wins, big or small. When you feel ready, we can adjust or wrap up sessions. You're in control.Q: What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?

Q: How are virtual sessions conducted?
A: All sessions are via secure HIPAA-compliant video on Google Meet. You'll need a private space with internet and a webcam. For privacy, I use sound machines outside my office.Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please give 24 hours' notice to avoid charges. Reschedule within the same week? No charge if we can fit you in. First late cancellation without rescheduling is free; after that, a fee applies.Q: How do I book, reschedule, or cancel appointments?
A: For appointments more than 24 hours away, use the link in your confirmation email. For last-minute changes, email your availability and we'll do our best to accommodate.Q: Will I cry in therapy? Is that normal?
A: Absolutely. Emotions are part of healing, and it's totally normal to cry in therapy. It's a sign you're processing and growing, and I'll be there to support you every step of the way.Q: What if we're not a good fit?
